The Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße connects the Montafon (Vorarlberg) with the Paznaun (Tyrol). What very few people know is that both valleys have a long cheese tradition: the Montafoners with their “Sura Kees”, the Paznauners with their “Almkäse”. Since recently both valleys have been an officially declared “Genussregion”, a distinction bestowed upon areas producing particularly notable regional delicacies. Try the cheese speciality “Sura Kees” at an exclusive cheese tasting in Partenen and use the opportunity to buy regional products directly from Montafon farmers. At mid-day, after an impressive journey via the Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße, a hearty cheese noodle (Kässpätzle) meal awaits you at the Restaurant Silvrettasee with a splendid view of the reservoir and the surrounding mountains. Then it is off to the idyllic mountain village of Galtür. There you will receive an exclusive guided tour in the Alpinarium, the Galtür exhibition centre.

This package applies to groups from 20 people upwards. From 20 paying people upwards an additional, free ticket is given.
