Welcome to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe

The trip here - with the Vermuntbahn ropeway and the tunnel bus - is a special experience in itself. Upon the Bielerhöhe pass a fantastic view onto a gigantic mountain landscape is revealed to the visitors, with the highest mountain in the Vorarlberg range, the Piz Buin (3,312 m), and the Silvrettasee, covered with a thickly snowed layer of ice.

Hours of operation - Winter 2010/11

Vermuntbahn and Tunnel Bus:

17. Dezember 2010 - 1. May 2011 in operation throughout,
daily from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
(Last journey back down from the Bielerhöhe at 4 p.m.).
