Take your bike to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe
Start your bike tour right in the heart of the Silvretta’s stunning mountain landscape. Take the Vermuntbahn cable car and the tunnel bus to travel from Partenen to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe at 2,032 meters above sea level, bringing your bike along.
A maximum of four bicycles can be transported per time slot. Therefore, advance online booking is required.

- A descent by bicycle is not possible using the Vermuntbahn or the tunnel bus. You can return to the Montafon via Kopssee and Ganifer
- Bookings can only be made online and must be completed at least 24 hours before the start of the trip.
For your own trip on the Vermuntbahn and the tunnel bus, you’ll also need a valid cable car ticket.

The Trominierstollen is closed to all traffic.
Transport times
When booking online, select the appropriate time slot for your planned tour. Since there is room for only four bikes per time slot, we recommend that you reserve early. Please note that bookings can only be made online and must be completed no later than 24 hours before the selected time slot.

How bike transport works
Book your spot online in advance and bring your bike to the Vermuntbahn valley station in Partenen. Take the Vermuntbahn up to Trominier, and from there, a tunnel bus will take you and your bike to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe.
Uphill Travel Only
Bike transport is available only uphill from Partenen to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe. A descent via the Tunnelbus and Vermuntbahn is not possible.
What types of bikes are transported?
Bikes with wheel sizes up to 29 inches are accepted .
Due to their design, fat bikes cannot be transported. Please check before booking to ensure your bike meets the requirements.
No intermediate stops
It is also not possible to get off at Vermuntsee or at any other point along the route. Your bike will always be transported all the way to the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe.
Price
Bike transport costs 12.00 euros per bike.
This price applies exclusively to bike transport. For your own ascent, you’ll also need a valid Vermuntbahn ticket, including the tunnel bus.
